• Payment and billing information (processed by Stripe)
• Usage data (features used, login times)

Consumers (marketplace users)

• Name, email address, phone number
• Booking history and appointment details

• Pages visited and time spent

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the ResVee platform
• To process payments via Stripe
• To send booking confirmations and reminders via email and SMS
• To send service updates and platform communications
• To improve and develop our platform
• To provide AI-powered features (Ress) — data used only to provide the service
• To comply with legal obligations
• To prevent fraud and maintain platform security

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Article 6)

• Contract: Processing necessary to provide the service you have signed up for.
• Legitimate interests: Platform security, fraud prevention, service improvement.
• Legal obligation: Financial record-keeping, compliance.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform:

• Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing
• Twilio — SMS delivery for booking reminders
• Resend — email delivery
• Anthropic — AI features (anonymised data only)
• Supabase — database hosting (EU region)
• Vercel — platform hosting

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

6. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Data Retention

• Account data: retained while your account is active and for 2 years following account closure.
• Booking and transaction data: retained for 7 years for legal and financial record-keeping purposes.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time (subject to legal retention obligations).
