1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ResVee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Your use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

2. About ResVee

ResVee is a software-as-a-service platform that enables beauty and wellness businesses to manage bookings, staff, clients, and operations, and allows consumers to discover and book appointments online.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
• One business per account.
• You must be 18 or over to register.

4. Business Subscriber Terms

• Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected.
• A 7-day free trial is available on all plans — no card required during the trial. Founding members receive a 30-day free trial.
• After the trial, your subscription renews automatically.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are given for partial periods.
• ResVee may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
• Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their service listings, pricing, and availability.
• Businesses must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and data protection law.
• Businesses are independent data controllers for their client data — ResVee processes this data on their behalf as a data processor.

5. Consumer Terms

• Consumers may browse and book appointments via the ResVee marketplace.
• Booking cancellation policies are set by individual businesses — check each business's policy before booking.
• ResVee is a booking platform — we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of services provided by businesses listed on the platform.
• Disputes regarding services should be raised directly with the business.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use ResVee for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

7. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a payment you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. ResVee does not store payment card details.

8. Intellectual Property

ResVee and its content, features, and functionality are owned by ResVee and protected by intellectual property laws. Your business data remains your property — ResVee does not claim ownership of content you upload.

9. Availability and Uptime

ResVee aims to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResVee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ResVee in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of ResVee is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to Terms

ResVee may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
